forecast for the Giants/49ers game.
over/under at 42.
Eli will show us how he is Elite and A.Smith is average. A Smith will be non existent because they will load up big on their running game.Eli will complete 65-70% in this condition but you know what's ironic is that Gmen have a slight advantage on the running game with a healthier RBs.

where are you seeing this forecast?  i saw 40 percent no wind

Good chance of 0 rain and 4 mph winds the latest-still too early.

As i have been saying since tuesday,with this premature emasqulation of a weather forcast came out. NO weather forcaster  in the past, present or a 1000 years from now, can predict the weather with any degree of consistant accuracy 5 days out.

Starting late friday which IS in the wheelhouse of weather forcasters, then lets talk weather.

you're actually dead wrong on that presumption. i'm from the Philippines and i know for a fact that any 12 year old kid there can predict that for the next 9 months, there are going to be typhoon and they'll be named a females name from A-Z.

thanks for the good read, SF really need to practice in the worst case scenario possible because they will need it...Eli through out his long career has seen it all and played in all kinds of weather.Jim is just smart to know that when pushing comes to shoving that his team are ready but even then, SF 49ers is just not on the same league as the Giants.

The fact that 9ers is the lease experience team in the playoffs...they may be more hungrier. I think these 9ers believe they can win it all. Hands down the best defense in the playoffs right now, Smith is beast. He wrecked havoc vs. Saints. It's a tough tough game...I think the books set 9ers @ -2.5...enough to sway off sharps imho. Historical records showed -2.5 is not good for the home team.

They are talking about this team being the Montana to Dwight Clark catch....how insane is that? I am back on 9ers bandwagon again....now I gotta convince myself to get of Pats @ home.

I am starting to see 9ers gonna win it all this year...

Since I'm on the Giants, I'd be MUCH more concerned if there were strong winds.

If Eli has trouble passing in that stadium, which could be VERY windy, that could be a MAJOR issue.

But only light winds are being called for, so you 49er backers get zero advantage IMO

eli is not your typical qb, he can throw with and against the wind for a huge chunks of yards so it really doesn't matter, I watched all 18 games this year and didn't see any changes in his game

okay okay okay... 49ers team earned the respect by many including me but c'mon now people! a rookie head coach who for the first is going to witness how this level of championships game is ten times more intense than in college. like i said, i give respect where its due but SF 49ers will need at least one more year before they can become a legitimate threat in playoffs game.

Candlestick is a shit hole right on the water... If it is windy, the wind will whip through there even more, it creates wind tunnels everywhere.  It's been sprinkling today since about 3pm or so, off and on.  No major wind/rain yet.

how funny it would be if the 49ers get beat through the running game? it is probably the only thing that makes sense right now, Giants pounding the ball on the ground.

That's not what Siragusa (?) said last week when he was standing on the field. He said the win are blowing as he was watching the flag...but he said down here, there is no win.

This game is going OVER regardless imho....... 

Overs since Wildcard have been $$$.

It's going to be somewhat windy, esp co sidering the game is going to be played at night, later afternoon. I think the bad weather doesn't favor anyone in particular, but you guys are forgetting that this is the niners turf, they know candlestick gets soggy, esp.after rain. I dont see how this so overwhelmly favors the giants

As we all know, weather does change on the fly.  But if it doesn't, there will be little to no wind on Sunday.

That is true...but these Giants are a much better team on the road. Not many ppl can explain that. They are 4-0 in road playoff games...this team travels well.
