Why so little respect for the Celtics? *Discussion*

Irrespective of what happens in this series the C's are now firmly Rondo's team

...except for game 6... 21 pts, 7 reb, 8 asst, 6 steals... in only 31 minutes...

although KG was the one who really dominated the game...

Props and respect to the celtics.  I was wrong, they are back, and deserve some respect. 

Cavs need to bring everything they have to win this.  Garnett looks pretty good, Jesus Shuttleworth has been resurrected from the dead and Rondo is now the MVP....

well, the fact that this guy has 1 lifetime post probably says something... but you gotta wonder how people can still be thinking this way after all we've seen...

helps you to understand why sportsbooks will always make money... when you can show somebody something that contradicts their beliefs over and over, but they still hold onto those beliefs... you have a system that pays dividends...

And in case James scores whatever and Cavs win game 6 and then 7 and advance - you think the Magic is a minor obstacle - actually the floormaths and James will meet Kobe and your wet phantasies would come alive? Use your hand, will be easier

Rokr and Ice4blood, great call on the celtics......... now lets hear your predictions on Magic/Celtics!

  Magic/Celtics will be a great series, I am thinking of blindly taking the dog with the points every game.  Home court means nothing with these 2 teams. 

Magic have looked damn good, BUT they just beat up a team that can't score (bobcats) and a badly coached team they have historically dominated (hawks) and are suddenly overvalued..... hmmm.....

Everybody thought the Celts were old. They might be, but have a much better bench.

And it used to be The Big Three..........now it's Rondo and The Big Three. Did anybody expect Rondo to channel Oscar Robertson? This guy seems to show up big, and consistent (look that one up, Pierce "best shooters of all time") when the playoffs come around.

The King is still The King, but there is just not enough around him. Celtics are just a better TEAM, and this proves one guy can't make a team (and he gave his team a ton of open looks on passes, that just never dropped)

this is a much much tougher series to call... Magic would have obviously romped past Cleveland rather easily... but this won't be easy...

right now i am thinking i should lay off of game 1 and after that mostly take the dog, especially if they are down in the series... also, will be looking to bet the under in every game of the series...

this series determines the eventual ring-bearer, in my opinion, so this will be a war...

actually, the worst part is that people think the fact that Orlando is trailing 2-0 is a sign that Orlando was over-rated...
