TIN..WHAT IS THIS GUY TALKING ABOUT IN SCOOBY'S POST?...ESTIMATING THE 2ND HALF?...THAT MAY WORK ON A TOTAL..BUT HOW DOES THAT WORK ON A SPREAD..WHEN THE LINES ARE SET BASED ON THE SCORE OF THE FIRST HALF?

IDK ROB, never heard of capping the 2nd half before the 1st half is over and to boot gueestimating what the 2nd half lines are gonna be before the game starts???
