Let me just say that the lakers are stun and are weak right now. I been reading alot of threads saying o boston is gonna rest and are gonna bring it back home to win it all. new flash,this is a chapionship series and knowning that boston can win it in game 5 will be a boost.No way boston will rest nor play it through so the lakers can make it 3-2 .Why risk a chance if lakers even make a surprise win in boston to tie the series up......... Boston has done well for me since I been taking the points and I dont see it failing me now. Boston +6.5

Lakers will come out strong but if its anywhere close in the 2nd half, they will fold.
 
Why would they want to fly 10 hours back and forth for nothing?  They aren't winning 2 in Boston. 
 
If its close, Boston wins outright.  Forget the points.

I'm sure that is EXACTLY what this Lakers team is thinking. Why extend the series we have worked the whole season for just to go back to Boston to lose.

Exactly.  I guess air fare is much more important than being a world champion.  I guess the real champions are the ones that save their flier miles for future purposes.

trust me guys, the lakers will win game 5 so boston can take the series at home. it would not be right for boston to win the championship in L.A. the crowd would go nuts.

But they have a bunch of Eurotrash funboys who like to brick 3's and suck on D... lakers won't get a dime of my $$$ this series just like they did not get a dime of my $$$ when the Pistons embarassed them 4 years ago, that was EZ $$$ fading the fakers as well...

It wasn't my thought, man.

Cedric Maxwell, former Celtic player now broadcaster, was on the radio today talking about how it absolutely happens when a team knows they are inferior and will have to fly out to inevitably lose. Its not like these guys lose salary for losing in the playoffs.     Obviously, the Lakers don't have that mindset going into the game, but if they are down 10 points late in the 4th, I wouldn't expect a huge effort to get back into it.  Especially after what they displayed in Game 4.  It looked like they were ready to go home YESTERDAY, nevermind Sunday.
