..and in comes the crazy conspiracy guy (me).  After everything NO has been through over the last 2 and half years since Katrina, there is no doubt in my mind that they will make the Conference finals to face off with the Lakers.  Besides, that's what everyone wants to see; the no. 1 and no. 2 seeded teams in the west facing off just they'll be in the east.
 
Say what you want about the league being fixed or not, but I'm telling you now, NO wins tomorrow's game BIG!  SA is old news and the league knows it; everyone wants to see NO in the Conference finals and they will.

And don't forget that Duncan plays like he's in his in the twilight of his career.  He's so freakin' slow, it's actually painful to watch. 
 
I love it when he tries to turn back into the center of the key and gets the ball knocked away 99 out of 100 times that he tries that shitty move and then he stands there looking at the ref in amazement that he didn't get the call.  All the while, the opposing team is on a 5-4 break on the other end of the court.
 
 NO is too young, too fast and they're at home.

now 25-26 is prime time....SA is in twilight time.....

I love the Hornets and feel they should win but I can't discount a team that handled the Suns and are now in a game 7.  They evidently still have enough talent and you know they are going balls out tonight.  I think it's 65% chance of cover and 20% chance of SU win.  Especially with Chandler and West being a little fragile.  I think best value is on SA cover.

My biggest concern with the Hornets is the extended layoff the NBA scheduled for the Spurs.  If this were played on Saturday, with normal playoff rest, the Hornets were in a better spot IMO.  I am still not sure how much of a factor the 3 days rest for the older squad and the additional time for potential nerves to build on the younger squad may be in this game.  Still leaning Hornets, but not have yet pulled the trigger.
