I like what kappy has to say..he has been quite the winner so who gives a fuck. My book has the knicks at 4.5 and i can still read this guys picks the same so why can't everyone else.

My question for you kap is why not take dallas + points.  yes they did play yesterday and the hornets are at home...but don't u think dallas will try to gain some momentum to roll for a few more games in the beginning of the season and maybe establish their dominance in hte west..this would be impossible if theyre losing to teams like NO in the first two weeks.  I would expect this team to be able to handle doing just that.

I would like to say to all stay away from the celtics...yes they beat the shit out of philly last night (Kappy phil +7 was an awful pick) but I dont know about the celtic run ATS to continue much longer when the line is -12 or whatever it ends up as.  The t-wolves will have to cover at some point, but the celtics $ train is rolling and maybe staying on it is the smarter move then dallas

This is the last time I'm responding about this stupid line...On your link you sent, it said Knicks -5 +101, however -4 -110 was offered at that time...I bought it down to -3 and got the price of -120...Sorry if I got a good line...That is what happened...Enough of this bullshit...

I think the total is too high...Knicks trying to focus on defense more...If this total was around 213-217 I might have looked at it, but too high for me...

Wonderful job this year.....who gives a damn.  If they are getting screwed that bad, then they should take the other side.  If the haters are out now, just wait until you have a bad streak (hopefully it does not happen).  Keep up the fine work...

About the Dallas game: Just think about it this way...Dallas was 18-23 on the road last year...Hornets were 28-13 at home last year...Dallas is getting 4 points...I saw many trends that favor the Hornets in this spot...Not trying to be a dick at all, but why would I try to chase 4 points when I think the Hornets will win this game...I think Hornets match up very well with this Dallas team and gets it done tonight coming home after a bad loss in NY...

Wonder if the same haters bitch when they get a better line?  Hell, Matchbook has the Hornets -4 (+107)...which is what i got it at, but then SNAP"DICK" might question me.

But if someone puts up a Line of -3. Then everyone will go looking for that. When they dont find it, it is only nature to ask "Where" it came from. So you can get it too.

If it was posted as "bought a Point" then no one would even question the numbers. Once again ! they are not accusing anyone of shaving, just trying to get the number too.

For me to Get the Numbers listed i would have to buy 2 down 2 points and 2 down 4 points. The bets dont look all that good at the "real" later numbers. And would or could only be a 50% vs the guy with the Great number winning at 75%

I am guessing, Dont bet Hoops... that it is a Little easier to have a good record when the number is very low or high. Guess it makes sense to buy the points. But what would my profit be at that Point ?

Just making sense of why they are questioning the Numbers !!

maybe because the numbers have a lot to do with what the $$ is depending on..and with betting on hoops, buying points is just to put your mind at ease and is not often the deciding factor in a W.  if you want the spreads to be insignificant i would through money down on a 3 game teaser

Some folks are sticklers for detail... many posters on here do not go to the trouble of even posting the juice they paid for a particular play.  When his play states -120 can it not be inferred by anyone well aquainted with sports betting that he bought a point?

Kappy, just do what you do and don't waste time responding more than once to this type of question.  This is not a contest, and your units will reflect the extra ten cents you paid if your risk backfires.  Anyone who bets seriously already figured this out.  Keep up the great work
