I would like to see AI and Melo get a screaming urinary infection and may their scrotums be cursed with bleeding ulcers. Then, may their penises fall to the court in a lay up
Anymore questions........................

Not to much worried about boozer, if he plays or not Jazz have done just just fine with or without him, williams is another story, i feel they really need him, will watch first half and see who plays, them maybe come in 2nd half. good luck bro i think your right on on iverson and anthiny!!

They'll make the playoffs because there arent 8 teams in the West better than them? Who is it going to be? The Clippers? The Lakers? Golden State? Dont see any of them ahead of the Nuggets at the end of the year.
Iverson and Anthony arent the problem. The problem is the team does not play D. The team has no strong inside presence. And they are soft at power foward. On top of all that, George Karl continues to prove he should be fired for being the most erratic coach in the league.
I saw the end of this game and Utah put on a clinic. I still dont think they're legit though. Too much dead weight for basically being a two man team (Williams and Boozer) + a few good role players (Millsap, Fisher, Kirilenko) Too bad Okur cant sit out every game though. He hurts the team more than helps.

Iverson and Melo hardly = Marbury and Francis....and it's not close how much better the Denver duo is. That said, I was on record when the trade was made that it wasn't going to affect the outcome in the West to much extent. #1, it takes time for stuff to come together (and they have had the issue of the Melo suspension and the Iverson injuries), and #2, like the T-Wolves (which is why I was hoping they would NOT trade for Iverson), Denver has MUCH bigger issues to deal with before they threaten the best of the west.
It's like the NHL.....there is only one team that can win the cup.....all these teams gave up the FARM in order to grab a player that may or may not make the difference. It's not like Denver was challenging for elite status and hoping Iverson would put them over the top. They were praying he might give them a CHANCE to do some damage in the West. Not a great time to make a monster deal like that IMO.
But I'll wait until the end of next year before I make my final judgment.

OC you should go argue with skip on cold pizza because you
are both incompetent. I could waste my time arguing with you but youre
clearly a person who just wants to argue for no reason. Moneyshot made
you look like a damned moron and whoever agreed with you on the basis
of them never winning a championship together is an idiot as well. Most
people don't win a championship in the nba because one of about 4 teams
can win every year. whoever said denver is going to be as good as the
spurs clearly wasnt thinking either and the spurs can and will beat the
suns.

Rossfine - First of all, welcome to the forum. You are going to let this post be your first? Congrats.
Anyway you think Moneyshot made me look like a moron? You are kidding right? His post was one of the worthless ones on this thread. He started talking about who was making the hall of fame. wtf? who was debating that?
My response was, and still is, that he combo of Iverson and Anthony will turn out exactly the way that the combo of Marbury and Franchise has. Check the dates on the top of this thread. It has been 6 weeks since I first posted this and this bumblind duo has shown me no reason in that time to change my opinion.
Move along rossfine. I dont think you even understand the basis of this post.

wow, another stinker for denver. philly on a 6 game winning streak w/o Iverson. what a shocker! (not really). phili's doing nicely since Iverson left the squad. i see a lot more ball movement and team playing going around on the team. Anyway, sidetracked. Is Iverson ever going to be a great leader and take a team to a Ring? Eh, maybe not....
(note: AI is a great player, not a great leader) Hope Denver keeps these stinker games up so i can cash in against them somemore

I think AI and Melo will find a way to win today. They need it desperately, and even though trends shows that Kings have beaten the Nuggets in their last 5-6 matches, the trend might be misleading. Nuggets never had AI and Melo on the same squad in that last 5 games, and today, its going to be different. AI and Melo have too much pride and for them to come in and bring their A game today in front of national audience (ABC) its critical that they send a message out to the rest of the league. I like them to win it today, but I'm taking the points +4. Kings have played better and better in their last few, and their problem child Artest just got a nice welcome back from the Kings organization today, not sure if he'll play immediately but even if he does, his mind should be elsewhere. Need new start perhaps, another clean slate, Ron Ron ? Artest has been key in their last games against Denver, but today if he plays, he'll be distracted, if he doesn't play, it'll be better for the Nuggets.
