I havent met one guy that REALLY loved LeBron, like some1 that was a real fan of him. I have met guys that have been like, yeah i like lebron hes a good player, but not like big fans that would go through fire and water to cheer for him.

95% of all people i know hate him more than they hate rapists, so i just wonder if any such thing as a deeploving lebron fan exists? :)

IF LBJ QUIT BEING COCKY/SHOWOFF DURING BIG PLAYS(REG SEASON AND STEPPING UP IN BIG GAMES W/O CHOKING(PLAYOFFS) I THINK HE'LL GET RESPECTED BY MORE PPL...BTW, THE WAY HE LEFT CLEVELAND WITH AN ESPN SHOW "THE DECISION" KINDA KILLED IT FOR PPL...LBJ HAS EGO PROBLEMS

Probably because you are a biased Celtic fan who hangs out with a bunch of swell guys.  I like LeBron just because when he wins there are cry babies like you making yourself look stupid.

He is a great regular season player, but during post season he doesn't get to feast on turnover/transition buckets, and has to play a careful, smart game.  Did you see how many times Chalmers gave him the ball, and lebron would just give it back?  He didn't want to shoot a lot of the time.  He did manage to up his game at the end though, and there's no denying he is a great ball player.  But people want John Wayne, not Pee Wee Herman.

I really like LeBron and I'm not just being a smartass about it.  He's an unbelievable player and a true basketball fan would appreciate his greatness.  What he did in the fourth quarter last night was nothing short of remarkable... then he turned the ball over twice... THEN bounced back with a huge 3. 

I just don't really get why people hate him other than out of jealousy.  Cleveland failed time and time again to give him another star (no Antawn Jamison doesn't count) so I don't see how anyone could blame him for leaving there.  He's already said he has regrets about "The Decision" and how that all went down.  He even had good intentions to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of America through the publicity of The Decision.    The "not 1, not 2, not 3..." yeah maybe that was a little silly, but it's certainly not the first time a star player has been a little arrogant and hell, he might just get to 7 or 8 before he's done.  It's not enough to hate the guy his whole career in my opinion.  You would have thought he would have shut a lot of people up after winning a ring last year, but they keep coming back after him so he'll have to prove them wrong again on Thursday.

Kevin Durant sends a modest tweet out saying he re-signed with OKC.  Lebron has his own show on ESPN to let the world know what his decision was.  

And I don't even hate him, but you are surprised some might?

Are you conveniently forgetting that The Decision raised $2.5 million for Boys and Girls Clubs of America?  He partnered with LRMR and ESPN to do it.  He was using his star popularity to benefit young children.  It didn't benefit himself, if anything it hurt his image.  So you're telling me that raising $2.5 million for young kids is a bad thing?  You people are unbelievably ruthless!

he turned his back on him hometown city.  and he could've gotten bosh to sign in cleveland.

I can't stand the dude.  I actually have a signature move from him that I do, ha ha.  Where he looks forward and does the no look to the side pass to Chalmers, it's a real fast pass he does.  That's the hot potato pass, because Lebron don't want parts of that ball.  Because he might get stuck with it in a tight game and no way he wants to take a big shot or shoot a jumper.

If Lebron can't shoot a layup in clutch situations then he don't that damn ball.  Dude has no confidence in that broke jumper of his.  If this guy is the best player on the planet, and the best player out right now.  Then we are all being cheated, because this guy is gutless, scared of big moments, and just overall annoying.

False.  Bosh committed with Wade to the Heat on the morning of July 7th and the Decision was on July 8th.  Any other facts you'd like to try to twist around?

Cleveland being his hometown city should have nothing to do with it.  He decided to put himself in the best position to win a championship, which is what any smart player would do.  Blame Dan Gilbert for not giving LeBron any reason to stay, not the player who just wants to win.

I'm not forgetting anything.  

Durant donated 1 million of HIS OWN MONEY to the relief effort in Oklahoma.  

And let me say it AGAIN........I do NOT hate him.....but you're being naive if you don't understand why some do.

And whoever was giving him advice on "The Decision" is an idiot.  

He could have easily made it about the money for charity.  Could have easily said, "I have decided to sign with Miami."Shown a little humility.  

Instead, he says, "I'm going to take my talents to South Beach. Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4."

Just stupid to go down that road.  I could have told him what was gonna come down the pipe with that approach.

Durant's a very admirable guy as well it seems!  What he donated was great!  Durant will probably stay in OKC his whole career but the difference is that he's already been given 2 young stars to play with and he's only a few years into the league.  LeBron never had anyone close to the level of Westbrook or Harden in Cleveland.  The best was probably Ilgauskas.... seriously.  Boozer maybe?  HA.

For people to make such a big deal out of a television event that benefited young children just seems ridiculous.  And even if that rubbed you the wrong way for whatever reason, that was THREE YEARS AGO.  Let it go already!  People who STILL hold grudges against athletes for years and years must truly be living sad lives.

I don't hold a grudge....I defend him all the time.  But let's face it, the majority of the public are idiots.  Just look at how influenced they are by the media. Just read some of the posts on this website.....many are just looking for a reason to dislike him and he gave them one (although they likely would have found one anyway).
