Question

What do you guys anticipate the series line to be after this game 5 loss for the yankees? I have a lot of money riding on the yankees to win the world series &amp; will hedge on the Phillies to win the ws tomorrow to guarantee profit. Pettite on short rest, and C.C, who has looked very human this series, doesn&#x27;t instill much confidence in me. Those who are experienced, please tell me what the  series line will be after game 5. Thanks

If the Yanks were a 2-1 fav prior to the WS and are going home up 3-2 they&#x27;ll have to be a 3.5-1 fav tomorrow.

Ive got the yanks in a series bet also  but im not as worried as you. But if you want a smart hedge just take the phillies &#x2B;180 in game 6 and you have a chance to win them both.

Smitty,&#xD;&#xA;I actually considered that bro. I have risked 12k  to win 16k total on the yanks. I bet here &amp; there throughout the season and the playoffs.. What would an experienced/smart gambler do in my situation? I was thinking of hedging 4k to win 12k ( Im guessing philly will be 3 to 1 dogs) so that if Phillies do win I am even as my worst case scenario. What would you guys do? Input is appreciated, Thanks.

Just ride out with the Yankees! Why would you think the phillies would come back from 3-1 and take 2 in the bronx against this yankees team. If it wasn&#x27;t for Lee, this would of been a quick 1-2-3-4 series. Phillies pitching both starters and relievers are looking reallly bad!

I said it since day one that Phillies as a whole aren&#x27;t in the Yankees league! If the Phillies played in the AL they wouldn&#x27;t have even got in by the wild card. Theres teams that didnt even make the playoffs in the AL that would of won the division if they played in the NL. Their not in the same league but with Lee the phillies can stickn around.

The Gambler 101,&#xD;&#xA;I don&#x27;t know man. I just don&#x27;t have it in me to let that much money ride. Pettite on short rest really scares me &amp; then anything can happen in a game 7. Although I&#x27;m very confident that the yanks will win this series, a part of me wants to do a small hedge. Thanks for the input though, I think that I&#x27;m going to sleep on it.

I Bet a nice amount on the AL before the yanks were done with angels and but more on them when they were down after game one when i got them for &#x2B;105.. This team is made up with all all stars and alot of future hall of famers! Yankees are usually the biggest choke artists but they showed all season that wasn&#x27;t going to happen this year. NY is winning this. I would never bet on martinez vs pettite! Now if Happ was pitching it might be a alittle bit different but sabathia will be back for game 7 and that would close it up if needed. This series is over.

Yanks are -700 at 5Dimes, which is absurd.  Will drop for sure.  You can still get &#x2B;500 on Phils.

I got the Phills at &#x2B;900 for $50 before game 5.Just felt like throwing some money on them at those odds. I don&#x27;t expect them to win the series but I did think they would win game 5 and think they have a great chance in game 6.Then if Game 7 does come around it will be the 3rd time in one weed that the Phillies see CC. CC has not been lights out this series and looks beatable. I&#x27;ll take a loss of $50 if so be it.
