So there is no value in backing a team that is dominant at home and that has a pitcher that is dominant at home on the mound ??

Against any other team than the Yanks and Red Sox at home Shields would be -130+ at home.

You know, we probably agree on the main point, which is how to cap games, but we are caught up in the problem that you thought my Schmidt comment was serious, when in actuality it was "tongue in cheek".

Lets's face it, you can make a good a case both ways, tho' I do believe the Rayz' will take 2 out of 3. It probably is a bigger series for TB and in the last 2 years, this team has learned to win when they have to. Let's not forget, they are the defending AL CHAMPS. So many people even then said they were a "one year wonder" and would fall flat on their face this year. Wrong. Once again, they're in the hunt and have really not had the consistent starting pitching they had last year, tho' they've been better recently.  Expect Tampa to run, run, run against the YANKS as they have all year...

Sometimes you just gotta' watch a game and leave your wallet in your pocket, I believe there has to be better games than this one to play tonite...
