time to take a break

i know many of you say it, but woooowww, do i have to. Wish i had the time and energy to research like some of the good ones do. But man, after these few days and awful losses with the cards, braves, tigers, phils, being on the wrong sides with dogs, wrong sides with faves, wrong sides of totals....its time to just lick my wounds, pay my debts and break for a couple of weeks til football.

So good luck to those who are real good at this and win some nice cash...and good luck to those who arent and are struggling to stay above water....see ya soon...

hahaha....knew that was coming, but nah, no interest in this. Cant donate like this. Work too hard to give it away. Im just on the wrong teams too often it seems. Product of bad picks, bad breaks, whatever. Just gonna let tonites stellar plays play out, like STL, Yanks, under Oakland and over marlins and let it go from there. Sux watching good teams, that win all year long struggle when you get on them. Oh well, thats betting.

thanks man, i look at some of these scores and im like, i couldnt have the Braves Over?? lol. The Reds over?? Nope. Couldnt have the Under in the Nats game? nope. I have the delightful Cards, the juggernaut Tigers, and the Under in the Oak game that is one run away...along with a few other plays on the cusp. Anyway, not like im some big player on the site haha...but i guess just venting mildly without slamming remotes or smashing TVs like some of my fellow losers  haha...

yeah i hear ya...but ya know, then i get caught up in the shit on here and im like, yeah, i follow that guy a bit, fuck it, i&#x27;ll jump on that. And of course that guy then proceeds to go 0-5 and im on them lol. But your right, simple, one or two plays and that way your not bangin your head against the wall for 12 different combos! Thats how i am in football. No teases, parlays, just one or two games and thats that. Baseball, dunno, just get all fucked up....

Trust me I hear you man.  It&#x27;s been rough this week.  Last week too.  Last week I made a late rally to grind out a total profit of .03 units (that&#x27;s $3.00) and that was a miracle.  This week I&#x27;ve got my ass hanging out and even if OAK holds on I&#x27;ve got a losing day because of the vig.  I&#x27;m down on the week regardless of that result so far.  Sometimes you just need to hang in there, bad swings will happen... maybe your next card will be 8-0.

And with the start of the new week on mondays im always like, ok, this is the week, play smart, play safe, nothin crazy...and next thing ya know, im down 800 and wondering how someone managed to jam the wiffle ball bat up my ass again...lol. Ridiculous.

id kill to be up $3 right now!! hahah...these past few weeks have been disastrous and with a new years island getaway comin around with the girl, time to pocket some cash and not piss it away

I think it is really smart to take a break for a while when you are on a losing streak. Plenty of times some one works hard through the season doing well then hits a bad spell and loses focus, doubling up when they should be cutting back and ends up giving back most or all of their winnings.

no doubt Sharp...sadly, i havent won dick to double up and lose more. Its been a nose dive for weeks. I think my best week the past few has been up 42...and thats not 42 large either. Too many faves have wiped me out along the way. Like tonite and today. When i bet value on some team like KC, Houston, Nats, they get nearly no hit and lose 10-0. haha....so yeah, time to decompress, and just relax for a few weeks

Delino, its tough man.  Its hard to bet on baseball.  Coming from a guy who bets strictly on football and basketball, baseball is going to be the death of me.  You can look at pitching and hitting matchups all you want, but any team can win on any given night.  Wainwright just lost 2 in a row, halladay lost today at -340 juice.
