Leave Okajima in to pitch to Vlad, Vlad singles, 2 on nobody out and you bring in a rookie to a pressure situation, who walks a run in
 
Leave Masterson to start the 8th inning, Figgins triples to right center, then you take Masterson out and bring in Papelbon? Expecting him to do what? strike out the side? then you let him go for the 6 out save?

Francona is looking to get 2 innings out of Papelbon. That is why he brought in Masterson. Hopefully the Red Sox score to end it and all the LAA fans can vent about the Torii Hunter blunder, I know I would.

Terry did a nice job tonight, I may have pulled Beckett after 4, but like I said before...what the hell do i know....Just piss poor execution by Boston hitters...
 
I know they're known as a patient team, but sometimes that first pitch fastball is the best pitch you're gonna see, gotta take a rip at it....

Disagree with Lopez coming in, would have brought Byrd in before him. Easy to say that now but I think Lopez sucks and just don't understand why Tito called for him tonight. As soon as I saw Lopez coming in, I knew this game was over.

You guys are all getting this thread confused, this spans from game 1 to game 3, alot of you were thinking this is all from one game...
 
But anyway, same situation again, first game, Francona leaves Okajima in to pitch to Vlad, he gets a base hit and he brings in Masterson with 2 on and nobody out....game 2, Tex on first, he brings in Masterson to face Vlad, game 3, Tex on first and he brings in Masterson to face Vlad again...I think even Francona realized he goofed leaving Oki in there game 1 to face him
