Braves TT U 3.5(-125): The Braves are batting just .186 in there last 5 games against left handed pitching. Today they won't be facing any regular left hander, instead they will be facing a very good one in Cliff Lee. Lee comes into this start with a 3.67 era on the year. He has pitched well lately with a 2.53 era and a WHIP of 1.03 in his last 3 outings. Lee ranks as the #6 best pitcher in the league vs left handed batters. The Braves line up will have Jayson Heyward, Brian McCann and Freddie Freeman all batting from the left side. Similar to when the Braves struggled in San Diego against another lefty who had good split #s (Eric Stultz), I can see that happening again today with an even better pitcher in Lee.
Phillies TT U 3.5(-120) The Phillies come into this game in the middle of the pack at #17 overall against right handers. They will be facing a very right hot right handed pitcher in Tim Hudson. Hudson has a 3.57 era on the year, but he has shined lately with a 2.33 era and a WHIP of 1.03 in his last 3 outings. Hudson will be making his 4th start this season vs the Phillies this year. He had has 2 strong outings and 1 sub par performance vs them. The Phillies have been cold at the plate vs right handed pitching lately. They are batting .227 in L5 and .240 in L10. I think the red hot Hudson will keep there bats in check at Turner field in this one.
^^^^^^ The reason why I am going with the 2 individual plays as under rather then just the 1 full game combined under is because I like the chance at splitting if I am wrong. I realize I am doubling my risk, but I truly worst case scenario will be 1 of these 2 teams gets shut down and I get split, but I like my chances at the double win as well. Both teams are cold plate and facing elite pitchers, I wouldn't be too surprised too see a 2-1 or 3-1 type of game. Combined totals have really bit me in the ass, so I am going this route.
Cardinals ML(+104) Yep, I am fully aware of the fact the Cardinals are struggling at the plate. This purely a situational play, as I feel the Cardinals offense is way too good to keep blanking. At first glance Zimmerman might scare some away, and I wouldn't blame ya. Zimmerman has been money all year and I have backed him a lot. But the Cardinals might be catching him at just the right time as he has hit somewhat of a wall in his 3 outings. Remember Zimmerman didn't complete the 2011 season so pitching in late into the season in August/September and the dog days of summer is something new to him. So far he struggled with that, in his last 3 outings Zimmerman is 0-2 with a 5.17 era and an elevating WHIP of 1.79. He hasn't made it past the 5th inning in any his past 3 outings and has surrendered 5 hits, 8 hits and 8 hits. Also in his last 3 outings, he has an awful 9K/7BB ratio. If those continues struggle, the Cardinals stand a good chance of snapping out of there funk. It doesn't hurt either that the Cardinals will be sending there hottest pitcher to the mound in Kyle Loshe. He is 3-1 with a 1.42 era in his last 5 outings. His recent tear hasn't been out of the blue either, as he has been money all season long. He comes into this start with a 14-2 record and a 2.64 era. One thing I really like about Kyle, is his ability to limit the home run damage. In 82 innings on the road this season he has only allowed 7 home runs, just 1 per 11 innings of work. I am only playing the 1st 5 in this game. If Lohse continues his dominate ways, he will give the Cardinals a solid chance of a much needed win. Both teams bullpens are suspect with Washington holding a slight advantage, that slight advantage isn't enough for me to want to eliminate the full game and only play the first 5. I rather give the red birds bats the full 9 innings in this game. I won't be SHOCKED if the Cardinals can't get the job done, as I know going into this bet they are cold at the plate. I just know something has to give and I think this is a great spot for them to get the win.

Stanton (-130) vs. Wright: I think Stanton's facing Heffner at home will be a big mismatch vs Wright facing Josh Johnson. Stanton was held in check last night by Dickey. He normally isn't held in check for multiple games, look for Stanton to have a big day

Adding Marlins (-143): I think Josh Johnson will have a strong performance at home against the Mutts. I backed the Mutts in yesterdays game using Dickey as the pitching advantage. I think we will see a similar type of game today with Josh Johnson and the Marlins being on the right side of a lower scoring game.

Want to hear something very funny. Les Miles says he will never play North Texas again. Seems the last time NT was to play in Baton Rouge "KATRINA" hits. Now they are on they are playing in BR again and ISSAC HITS. Omen or what.

how do u feel about the dodgers tn i think they willl get the w tonight and break on in some hits finally
id wait too see if Kemp is playing or not... but the Dodgers struggled offensively all year, they added weapons and still trying to find what works for them. But Hanley and Ethier are hit or miss. I think Dodgers will rely upon Kemp and Gonzo obviously, so you gotta wait n see the line up them first
