    there is a clear line of storms which passed over.....if you zoom out on the map, the heavy stuff is gone....there could be some behind this, which is why they prob waited even longer....

    and then there's the guy from vegas theory that is on the phone, computing all the bets to see which makes more sense for the books...ha ha.

    • That apply PERFECT for this situation and there would be not argument but that had that other rule above that affects the game too.  THE GAME IS NOT BEING PLAYED ON THE DAY IT WAS SCHEDULED.
