Twins/ Scott Diamond +135 @ DET/Porcello. Diamond is 5-0, 1.70 ERA in the daytime. 1:05 start.
White Sox/Jose Quintana +122 vs TEX/Harrison. Sox have 4 straight home wins vs TEX, 5 of last 7 overall vs TEX.
Astros/ Bud Norris +130 @ Pitt/Karstens, yea I know, 2 teams going in different directions. Still, I think a favorable pitching matchup for the 'Stros.
Cubs/ Matt Garza +119 @ ATL/Minor. Garza can shut it down when he's on. Again, I like the pitching matchup.
Padres/ Volquez +128 vs CIN/Latos. Same names, different teams. Latos has been great lately but I'd still give the edge to Volquez, who can be nasty. All about the walks for him really, and I'm banking he'll be a little more focused for this one. An interesting pitching matchup regardless.
Plenty of reasons to go the other way I'm sure but at plus money, this is where I see the value today.
As always, good luck to all!!!

Cougs, can't say I blame you for laying off the Astros, sometimes you just go with your feeling. FWIW, the pups have been pretty good to me this year. Playing far more dogs than I 've ever played this year and I will continue to. Either way, I expect to net some $$$ today, which l'm sure you're up for too. Good luck.

Dough, White Sox have to be ecstatic over the 23 y.o. Quintana so far. While he got roughed a bit last time out @ the Yankees, he's been very solid. Only 9 walks and 3 hr's in 49 IP and it's been difficult to score against him. Of course, TEX can hit, we all know that, but the Rangers have never faced the rookie lefty before. I've not seen him either, but being at the house today, looks like I'll have that chance. With Harrison on the other mound, should be a great game. Harrison' been roughed up in day games a bit this year so let's keep our fingers crossed that continues today.
Good Luck!
