Cuno144 - you could play 72.46 at +138 and insure no loss versus a profit of 41.54 if the parlay wins. Or, play 82.60 at +138 and make $31.40 regardless of outcome. If the parlay loses and you still make $31.40 on an investment of $182.60 that is 17% ROI for less than a day's time. Not bad money. I don't often hedge but if you like to that is your choice. All of that is dependent on the Reds winning of course and right now that game is tied 2-2 in the seventh so you may not even have the result in time. I have known some guys that play an early game with a late one just for that purpose though. Whatever you decide, BOL
As for Sandoval, Belt or anyone else being out for the Giants I think I can live with that considering the projected results I have.
The above statistics are appreciated guys but that is why I have my R/L ratings handy at all times and those stats are revealed in the ratings number, i.e., Giants 35.7, Nats 25.9. The offensive and pitching differences are then converted to win probability and monetary value.
