The line for the D'Backs/Dodger game tomorrow looks like a shiny lure to me

I'm going to be waiting unit 5/16 for the shiny lures play.  I'm also going to only use it when the home team is favored by -120 or more. 
Then when the road team is favored -110 or more then the play is on.

It looks to be the weakest of my 3 plays though.
