LeBlanc has been equally as impressive as Zito this season. 23 1/3 IP, a 1.16 ERA and a 20:6 k:BB ratio. He has allowed 2,2,0 and 0 runs in his 4 starts. He easily keeps the Pods in this game. The Giants have no bullpen advantage and this price is not justified on Zito IMO.
when coming up with some stats like zitos in the last 2 years. He was horrible 2 years back and the giants were being laughed at for giving him that hugh contract. Even the nats stats the last couple years...you can't use them today. IMHO
Unless you're roy halladay or tim lincecum you'd rather not have your starter go that deep in games (provided he gets the outs required of him). Bullpens era (the high leverage guys) is almost always lower than the starters era.
