I will change my icon to anything you Philly fans come to agree upon. No way Phillies win tonight, I'm sorry Philly fans but you'll be a little depressed later tonight and throughout the week. Don't hate on the Yankees in the future just because they beat your ass.... they're 100 times better

I'm shocked at how much confidence Yankees fans have in Andy tonight. Hes 37 years old on short rest. I'm not a phillies fan, but I cant understand why everybody is pounding the Yankees tonight. And I would really hope that the Yankees are "100 Times better" than everybody else with that salary cap.

ROBK45: I don't have tons of confidence in Pettitte but one thing I do know is that he'll compete like he always does in the postseason. He'll keep us in the game, that's a certainty. He's the most successful postseason pitcher of ALL TIME. I think we Yankee fans should have confidence in the guy, no matter his age or his short rest

Not just directing it to you, but that seems to be the consensus around here. While he is the winningest pitcher in postseason history, those numbers are clearly inflated because of the teams he has played on. Not to take anything away from the guy, but its not like hes been a dominant postseason pitcher. The Yankees have the edge because this game is going to come down to if the Phillies can hold a lead, IMO.

The biggest priority for a pitcher in the postseason is setting them up to win, and that's what Andy does best

No doubt the Yankees field a good team, they can win it in game 7, ML on phillies for game 6.

I was going to say the same thing.  Come on now NYPride.  NYY are not 100 times better than any MLB team.  If they were NYY would be expected to win 100 times more.  I might go with 15-20% better than PHI and that is being generious.  It certainly isn't 10,000% better!

The Yankees are 100 times better than 23 of the Phillies' players. I'm pretty sure you can figure out those 2 players.
