I have just read this whole thread and have to say it is hot in here.

1. The Man believes in his system.

2.He has gone back 5 years on his stats to back up his system

3. Individual losses dont mean anything in a chase system

4. Give the man his 7 days for each play and let the record speak for itself. Don't say its a loss until he loses all 7.

5. If you don't want to try it then don't.

6. If you dont have the correct money management you will lose

No one is arguing that the majority of the time this system will just about break even (which judging from his posts would be an excellent result for this idiot).

But call it whatever you like, this is just his variation of a Martingale system, which is discredited by gamblers around the World.

Assuming a unit is a measley $100 and his bankroll is 30k as he says

Do you realise that's only 9 ... let me say that again NINE ... losses until he is basically busto ???

$100 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600 / 3200 / 6400 / 12800 / 25600

So that means for someone with a more realistic bankroll (let's say $5k) after 5 losses you are now wagering more than 30% of your bankroll trying to break even and after 6 losses more than 2/3 of your bankroll is being bet trying to "chase".

Tell that to his bookie who he owes $10,000 to.  After all, money grows on trees, and losses are really irrelevant when it comes to gambling. 

 Chasers have never heard of the wise mantra to "expect the unexpected."  And people try to reinvent the wheel.  Let's say for all practical purposes that chasing losses worked.  You would have a bunch of rich people walking around, extolling its virtues.  The reality is that the people pimping this useless system do not even have two nickels to rub together.

Thanks for the system. I do not really like it though. I doubled up on both games and cashed with the Dodgers under tonight. I will double up again tomorrow with Seattle, but after that I am done with the system.

I did think about continuing to play the system, but just lowering my units from $100 to $10 that way I could afford to chase into a 4th or 5th game. What do you think?
