I think the BlowJays are a solid play tuesday.. Joba will be making his first start with a 65-70 pitch limit. This means 4 or 5 innings at most. The Jays are smart and will take pitches. I want to know who will be pitching the rest of those innings. Farnsworth showed tonight it was a dumb move 2 get rid of Joba from pen. Halladay is great agains the Yanks. Pitched against them 1st game of season. 7 innings and 3 runs - good outing.. He is pitching well of late. His last start 8 innings and 1 earned run. Career 10-5 vs yankees. I think Joba will get hit tommorrow and we will see his lack of endurance. Arod, Matsui,Abreu, Jeter have combined 1 HR off Doc. Jays also had Monday off while Yankees lost close game bc of 8th Inning man Farnsworth.

like kc as well as ozzie's showing his ass may have some impact on cws...sf with zito who has great numbers agianst the mets lineup and pitching better seem like another good play especially with pedro fresh off the dl ..... the pen was used a little bit today as well...halladay seems like a play to me but the yankees actually hit him well with five players in the lineup hiiting over .300 with quite a few ab's against him...i think its tor or stay away...i also like garza but betting agianst boston at home can be tricky ...have to really pick the spots..if u can get back 20 or better i think tampa's a play...just my two cents guys good luck

Mariners easily or a play on Richie Sexson total bases greater than other Angels players (not combined, just 1 vs 1 thing). I'm thinking a ML to cover the RL. I smell lots of Mariner runs tomorrow, maybe even a Sexson HR or two.

"Joba Chamberlain is an outstanding setup man. But as a starting
pitcher, he's totally untested. Yet the oddsmaker has priced him like
he's an established ace. He isn't. But Toronto's Roy Halladay is.
Halladay
is in good form, too, giving up three earned runs during his last three
appearances spanning 19 1/3 innings. He has a 16-to-1 strikeout-to-walk
ratio in this time frame.
Halladay has been a Yankee killer,
too. Toronto is 8-3 versus New York during Halladay's past 11 starts
against the Yankees. Halladay has a lifetime 3.03 ERA versus New York.
Chamberlain
will be lucky to last five innings because he'll be on a 65-75 pitch
count. Moving Chamberlain into the starting rotation weakens New York's
bullpen. The main setup man is now Kyle Farnsworth. That's not good if
you're the Yankees.
The Blue Jays are rested, having been idle
on Monday while the Yankees were losing a tough 6-5 road game to
Minnesota courtesy of Farnsworth. Toronto has won eight of its last 11
games.
This is New York's first home game following a seven-game
road trip. So the Yankees may not have their full concentration yet,
especially with all the New York media hype surrounding Chamberlain's
first major league start." covers expert - Stephen Nover
i couldn't agree more with that write up
