Took it at +145, and now this morning it's -185

i looked at my book last night. it was at -180. Happy you got it at +145. GL

They can not cancel it!! A wager is a wager and a confirmation number is a confirmation number!!!

Some places cancel them, sometimes they don't.

I had a book once offering an alt RL of +1.5 and +230 on Arizona w/ Brandon Webb over the Washington Nats.  Obviously, it was supposed to be -230. 

The book still honored it.

But they've made other mistakes like o/u on NBA games of 15 points.  Those were cancelled.

They will not cancel it. Someone asked customer service to guarantee it and they did. I printed screens and stuff before it was changed. Good way to lose business is to cancel a bet based on their mistake

Yes...they CAN cancel it. They have the right to do so. Sometimes, people get lucky and it goes unnoticed. However, they DEFINITELY CAN cancel it.

Pinny, for example:

Pinnacle Sports reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obviously "bad" line or a wager made after an event has started.

if they dont cancel it then i would just bet an equal amount on san diego because if arizona wins = they cancel if ariz loses=u lose your money aka its all in their hands what they want to do... imo

All Books or services that Bookies use,have a list of rules,if you read them it will tell you that a bad line will be canc.,if they wait until the end of game to decide what to do I would change books,esp.if Ari.wins and then they decide to make it a no play.

Just called them!! They maybe able to cancel, but a reputable and respected book like mine has said it was their mistake and Good Luck!!! If you guys are at a book that will cancel this wager, I recommend going shopping for another. Not to mention you are their client and they want you to be happy. Bad bad business if they cancel, so Good Luck to those of you who are working with a shady book!!!!

So what you're saying is Pinnacle and others who have rules stating they can cancel a bet on a bad line aren't reputable? I doubt that.

And if you called them and they said "They maybe able to cancel", you can expect that there's a likelihood they will cancel your bet...especially if it wins. They're not going to screw themselves due to an entry error....and ESPECIALLY if many people caught their error and laid money on Zona.

Now...this is quite moot if the Pads win (which I hope they don't).

But what if the Pads DO win and they cancel? Are you going to call and argue that they should definitely cancel the bet?

Ya see what I'm saying? It works both ways. At any rate, I wish you luck and I hope for your sake that it stands if Zona wins. Just don't be surprised if it doesn't.

In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "no action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.
