Zenyatta, Rachel matchup worth $5M

Can someone please explain to me how Zenyatta is favorite in head to head matchup?

I guess you can argue on both sides on who should be the favorite.  I mean Gio Ponti did almost lose in a $150,000 stakes race...Zenyatta beat Summer Bird and so did Rachel Alexandra but RA beat Summer Bird on his surface.

There is 0 chance that Zenyatta will be the post time favorite over RA.  I think personally the true line should be RA -180 and Zen +150.  But there has to be tons of money bet on this and just how is RA a slight favorite or even the underdog in a match up.

Also I can't wait to hear Oaklawn track announcer, Terry Wallace say "And here they come into the stretch of the $5,000,000 dollar Apple Blossom, Rachel Alexandra opening up with a 3 1/2 half length lead...Zenyatta, Mike Smith taking her to the extreme outside...TO BE CONTINUED!!!!

Terry Wallace also sounds just like Dave Rodman of Pim/Lau

Sure after 15 straight wins Z might run a clunker. But it won`t be against RA. Z is like Secretariat, almost human like. S used to mug for the cameras and we all know about the horses heart. I respect RA but not in the same league.
