Wow..great rail ride by Thornton but the early speed duel kind of burned him & couldn't hold off the closer. Nice 2nd if there's anything nice about being 2nd.

For those that are new to this forum, about 2 or 3 yrs ago I heard an interview with Javier Castellano. He said that he tries harder (not to say he doesn't try in other races but) in the last race on a card because he doesn't want to be a loser when his head hits the pillow at night. Anyway..... I shared this info with the forum purely as information to be used as players saw fit.
So when Javier has a mount in the last race of any card, veterans of the forum give his mount a little longer look.
So today we got a $69 DD;WPS payoffs of $13.80/ $8/00/$6.10; Ex of $190 & if you were lucky a tri of $1146.
Nice to see one of the angle plays paying off....
