How come there is not a single country where blacks are the dominant race that is a world power?

Why does it matter if there is a black champion swimmer or not? If he's American, then he's American, regardless of skin color. To keep bringing up the issue of breaking "race barriers" is to acknowledge its continued presence in our minds.  When we melt that barrier away, then there isn't going to be a "black champion, white champion" type of mindset. 

And anyway, when a black swimmer gets soaked for too long in chlorinated water, he'll turn white anyway.

because when it comes to a sport that takes an unusual venue, like a pool or a golf course. There are not too many of those in the inner cities and it is much easier to play basketball or football. You don't see many downhill skiers either.

law and order are white inventions. blacks by nature dont abide to either. hows that for a starting point....run a coutry? are you kidding, most of then cant stay out of jail, Im not being sarcastic , but I am being racist, but racist to me is, accepting that blacks and white are different, most libs version of racism is that of hatred. I dont hate anyone, but Im smart enough to believe, A. what I see and B. call it like it is. So why cant anyone feel like they can say it...? Swimming is physically demanding

What are the benefits of knowing/learning how to swim? You can make a living as a lifeguard?  or You can make a living as a professional swimmer like Michael Phelps?

I don't think you want to brag to a chick about being a good swimmer.
