What is your stance on going shirtless at a ballgame?

It was 100 degrees at the Orioles/Redsox game today.  I managed to keep my shirt on.

Wrong. You have to have a shirt and shoes to enter most public places and nobodies saying "what they can/cannot wear". Its not ok for you to take your shirt off in public. Would you do it at a restuarant? Church?

If the shirt is ok to take off, what if I want to take my pants off?

I HATE when guys take their shirt off.  It is okay in a few instances...swimming/beach/lake/pool, in your own yard or doing work....that is about it.

BTW, walk around in an upper class neighborhood and in a lower class neighborhood..that should tell you right there what kind of people walk around shirtless.

That arguement about "taking away our rights" is fucking dumb.  Like my dad always said, "there is a time and a place for everything"

Actually as far as clothing goes, Black absorbs the direct sun rays and white reflects it...

If you take 2 pieces of ice and place a black cloth over one and a white cloth over the other, the piece of ice with the black cloth will melt faster..

I remember doing a test on this in highschool...

I know that they use black tarps like that, people also use black tarps in their gardens to reduce moisture evaporation...

I think the reson why is that they don't want to use a clear because the light will get through and "dry up" what's underneath.. Kind of the same way people's basements are usually damp because of them being dark...

yea search ..... pretty sure your worng on the black tshirt vs. white tshirt arguement

 

same thing as when you have a black on black car with leather interior will be much warmer inside than the white on white car also with leather.

Black material absorbs the sun and will definitely get hotter, faster.

Take notice that almost every swimsuit is mostly dark colors.

Black is the absence of light (color) so its natural tendency is to absorb light,
 more light means more heat
White is the presence of light (all colors of the visible spectrum) so it deflects other light like the sun because it cannot handle anymore.

Black tarps are used in gardens and such because they absorb all of the suns rays and they heat up the soil which is important when growing or removing moisture from a baseball field.

Mulch is used to reduce moisture evaporation.

I do this sometimes. If I'm playin basketball in 95 degree heat and drivin back home I'm usually shirtless.
