Always thought the same myself why porn is legal, and prostitution is illegal.

The process is the same...You pay a girl to do numerous sex acts.

If you film it, it is OK, perfectly legal. No cameraman present in your motel room, you can get arrested easily and pay huge fines to the judge ( they do not want to jail you..just get at your cash.)

Some thing does not add up. All the girls need to do to become  100% legal is to set up a video recorder on the night stand and make a movie of your "session". Doing it this way makes it legal as it is being filmed, and no greedy cops can interfere to ruin your day.

^According to SCOTUS, the porn actors are not paying for services rendered--the buying public is paying--and off-screen people are just filming activities which are legal (i.e. sex).

Makes sense to me. That is indeed one logical legal assesment to the question at hand.

Now, how do we get the SCOTUS to define the case of when there are no cameras present in the motel room of you and your girl, and your money just happens to fall out of your pocket as you leave the room.

You didn't pay her for services that are "legal". If your money somehow falls out of your pocket...stuff like that happens.

Not a chance.  Those who do it for a serious living treat it like a serious business.  The street walkers just want to get through the next day and have enough money for food and rent.  

Legalizing it would not attract anymore people to the business.  It would just make the jobs a little easier for the legit gals who run a clean and safe business.

Educated, intelligent girls are in the modern day work force. They are teachers, bankers, real estate agents, managers, executives, advocates, etc..... they are not S-L-U-T-S ! 
You are one of my favorite posters on this website, but I think you are way off base on this one. Not that your high class call girls don't exist, but to think they are of an intelligent social class is ludicrous. If nothing else, they are emotionally damaged goods.

I'm gonna side with Hutch. I already stated in this thread what he said. There are very intelligent women in this business. Businessmen need to be seen with very classy beautiful women. And when they are put into social situations, part of why they are able to charge so much is because they can hold intelligent conversations about most anything. They carry themselves in a very articulate manner, they are very well spoken, very classy, and very intelligent.

There are websites you can go to that provide all of the details you would EVER want and even have reviews of ladies.  Of course there are degenerates who aren't safe and aren't reliable, but there are MANY low volume gals who are smart, married, have kids, etc. These women are not seeing 5 - 7 people a day.  And they aren't working more than a few days a week.

But women really are hookers at some point in their life. I dated a gal that loved mashed potatoes. I can cook my behind off and she liked me cooking.
