It is a function of poverty and joblessness which arise from the effects of systematic and institutional racism against blacks, hispanics, asians etc. OF COURSE there are blacks, hispanics, asians etc. who do not want to work. That is the glaring exception and highlighted by the media.
The participation rate in the labor force in 2010 for blacks males age 16-24 was 38%!! That is a TRUE unemployment rate of 62% (not accounting for high schoolers and college students who choose to go to school).
Who has failed these individuals? The government because the schools are inadequate. Then corporations, who by LAW MUST equally consider every job applicant but want NOTHING to do with young black man in any meaningful paying job or setting.
Result? Loitering which turns to wilding which turns to rioting. Just looks overseas and whites are doing to same thing en masse. It is not exclusively a 'black problem' as you claim it to be.
Is it there decision to engage in flash mob? Yes.
Would there decision be different if the communities and schools they lived in were invested in properly? Yes.
DRASTICALLY different. So much so, an entire community's consciousness would change...
I like how you have an excuse for everything black people do. Society blah blah blah....in London blah blah blah..... You know, there are a lot of poor black people NOT in flash mobs, robbing people etc. Whats their excuse?
