I've been sober now for a little over 2 years. In my two years of recovery I have seen many people relapse some with a few months and some with 10+ years and most say the same thing they got complacent in their program and stopped doing the "do things" but at the same time the relapse made them more willing.  She has one of two choices she is willing to do the deal or she isn't ready yet. If she isn't ready it's going to be a long road ahead, but the absolute worst thing you can do is ENABLE her. BOL with your decision, my best advice is truly be honest with yourself, if you think she is drinking behind your back she probably is, us alcoholics love to lie while in our addiction.  You should be able to tell by her behavior: going to meetings, hanging with some girls in sobriety, talking to her probation officer etc. Lastly, YOU must set boundaries with her explain to her that there are consequences for her actions... if she continues to drink and wreck lives you have to leave her.... it's sad but I didn't get sober until my girlfriend of 3 years left me because she was all I had left.

This point has to be made because others may not understand why you are still with her.
Now as far as her alcahol issue, All I can say is if you want to keep hitting that fine Colombian meat, You need to tolerate her vices as she tolerates yours.
Or you can go back to fat, grotesque, well used american women.

She is probably getting wasted to ease the headache of being around you, but get even with her by having sex with the next guy she brings home in her drunken stupor.

Update:   She got out of rehab and seemed to be doing well. Decided to hit the bottle and was arrested for public intoxication and spent 4 days in jail. Violated her probation for 2 dwi and is looking at 1 year in county. Cut her loose 2 weeks ago and moved her out.  Got violent with me which involved kicking out my windshield amongst other things. Can't do it anymore.

You should have poured up two shots of alcohol one being real and one being fake and then gave her the blue pill red pill speach from Matrix.
