And to your 'clarification,' when was TM's 'sainthood' ever mentioned or even implied by the judge and why would the prosecution base a case around it?

Ya see folks, if you are murdered (and ESPECIALLY if you are black or a minority), let your last bit of energy go to throwing your phone in the nearest sewer because how you were shot, the intentions of the person who shot you, the circumstances surrounding a possible confrontation when you were shot, will ALL PALE in comparison to every nook and cranny the defense can sift through, and make note that those nooks and crannies will be embraced with glee by an American public that cannot WAIT to find fault with Black America, as they have....for centuries.
So engrained is it that Blacks are prone to crime, TM could have been 4 years old and bigots would say "Find the glock on that rascal" while the body was still fresh in the morgue.
