Hutch...I honestly don't agree with allowing the pictures in. That can paint a HUGE guilt by association factor...the same as a married guy having a picture taken in public with a celebrity and people thinking they are having an affair (National Enquirer tricks from years back)
But instead they should focus on his overall behavior and attack the "gray" areas...the reasons he was being suspended from school, why his parent was tossing him out of the house...those acts of being unruly already paints a picture of a troubled teen.
Makes me wonder if he was never drug tested prior to them finding THC in his body during the autopsy?

Comedy gold.
The case is built on a lie.
I linked to the affidavit of probable cause. You pretendnig "opening statements" means something in that regard is high brow comedy.
What is funny is that after being demonstrated to be spectaularly wrong, you keep going.
You should learn the first rule of holes.

Before the prosecution has actually presented anything.

The prosecution presented 200 documents to the the defense, and they were relased to the public.
The case is already put together. You pretending that there is no case until the prosecutor delivers an "opening statement" is silly.
You have no understanding of what these words mean and why you continue to comment on the matter isn't at all clear.
