I recorded my last arrest from last year on my cell phone in the cop car. I was cuffed and still had it in my back pocket. It was a bogus deal but that did not stop them from arresting me.
I have a 7 minute audio I will be putting a animated cartoon that will act out the words I say from the cop car. It will basically make fun of my drunk behind thinking I am in control. Pointing out how stupid drunks are when they think they are not drunk. It will be funny once I can get it together. I have a few things I will accomplish first but the cartoon is on my list.

Comparing tobacco and alcohol to drugs (crack, heroine, and even marijuana to an extent) is misleading. Tobacco and alcohol will cause more deaths because tens of millions of people in this country use it everyday.
It is like comparing automobile accidents resulting in death to deaths from plane crashes. Plane crashes rarely occur but when they do they cause a helluva lot more damage.

It's not like comparing air travel to automobiles at all. You are correct of course by saying that people use these more and that's one reason they do so much damage, but they are indeed drugs.

For alcohol and tobacco, the number is much higher than 2. I'll post a link, but even common sense will tell most people that it is much higher for alcohol and tobacco. Just because their widely accepted and "normal", don't think for a second that they're just as safe or safer than other illicit drugs because they're not. Granted, drinking a beer is safer than doing a small amount of heroine, but it's not safer than smoking a little weed or eating a mushroom. In the real world, someone might drink 12 beers at a party and smoke 10-20 cigarettes. This is not safer or healthier than eating a couple mushrooms.
BTW... air travel is much, much safer than automobile travel. Their is absolutely no comparison if you look at the numbers.

and i have a question about a drug called fentanyl 1600mcg if anyone cares to answer or offer their opinions. i know someone who has to go through a whole fuckin' case every month because of a major back injury 30 years ago. It comes in the form of a "lollipop" that you suck on and it goes straight into the bloodstream as opposed to say in pill form. I hear it is 80 times as strong as heroin, so does this mean a person on this type of medication is worst than a heroin addict? 10mg of methadone gets taken every morning too, i thought methadone helps you get off the opiates? How can someone be taking methadone for years and years and still be on both opiates and methadone? by the way there's some kind of muscle relaxant(benzos) i believe that goes in there too.
Funny how some legally prescribed people on medication act worst than people with a marijuana habit in which weed being illegal.

I think this guy nails it. The order is debatable... but that is the list. Our corrupt FDA does not list Tobacco and Alcohol as substances to be in tighter regulation, because if business pressure. The same FDA does mandate that marijuana be controlled - again due to past business pressure.
I am not in favor of the FDA controlling alcohol and tobacco beyond the current regulation, although it is a farce that pot carries penalties as great or greater than more elicit substances.

I do not agree with our current "War on Drugs"... In my mind we are losing. There has got to be a better way. I do not trust people to act in a responsible way so I am not for legalizing any drugs that are currently illegal. Our prison system is the greatest failure ever.
I would love to see a real solution. I know I don't have a good answer.

There are also many successful people that do all of the above.

Drug prohibition creates drug dealers. Drug dealers sell to and recruit our kids. Kids take drugs because dealers don't ask for ID. Kids occasionally take a drug and OD because they are not aware of how much is a safe amount. Cops and innocent bystanders are killed every day trying to eliminate drugs, and when one kingpin is taken down, the next in line takes his place. People have been numbing themselves for centuries with drugs. They enjoy it and that will never change. How do 50,000 cops stop 500,000 dealers? Of course those numbers are hypotheticals, but that's basically what's happening. It just will not ever work.
There are many people that agree that we can't continue a drug policy that doesn't work, and for many different reasons. Not to mention civil liberties and freedom of choice. Why is it a crime for someone to put something in his own body? How many times will a bottle of 151 kill you? Yet you're free to buy 1,000 bottles if you so desire.

Drug prohibition creates drug dealers. Drug dealers sell to and recruit our kids. Kids take drugs because dealers don't ask for ID. Kids occasionally take a drug and OD because they are not aware of how much is a safe amount. Cops and innocent bystanders are killed every day trying to eliminate drugs, and when one kingpin is taken down, the next in line takes his place. People have been numbing themselves for centuries with drugs. They enjoy it and that will never change. How do 50,000 cops stop 500,000 dealers? Of course those numbers are hypotheticals, but that's basically what's happening. It just will not ever work.
There are many people that agree that we can't continue a drug policy that doesn't work, and for many different reasons. Not to mention civil liberties and freedom of choice. Why is it a crime for someone to put something in his own body? How many times will a bottle of 151 kill you? Yet you're free to buy 1,000 bottles if you so desire.
