Really??? What do you expect from someone who cannot bring himself to condemn the actions of a women on a bus that throws her baby down so she can fight another women.
Scal has a very well documented track record.
For some reason the women on the bus was not at fault even though she is the one that threw her child down.
A criminal who breaks in to a house a house and takes a women hostage is not at fault when the women dies.
The popo are always wrong regardless of the outcome.

seems like common sense not to storm a guy with hostages. call in the swat team and get a negotiator there and plan a tactical assault on the perp. tear gas mb?
I'm sure this would be the correct procedure in the police handbook.
This is not a movie. Can't expect to shoot the perp in the had and call it a day in this circumstance.
