The bottom line is NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED.

There was no accident, no physical damage and no injury.

It is ALLEGED one driver was under the influence.  Unless she was tested and then convicted, she is innocent.

The other driver was acting aggressively and conversing belligerently.  How do we know this driver was not under the influence as well?

F--U--C--K the police.  Don't tell the police S--H--I--T.

Because the system IS F--U--C--K--E--D up.

As far as the money goes, you went out of your way and deserve to be compensated.  You didn't say, "I'm not getting involved" like 90% of the population would have responded.

Bullchit buddy.He said she was drunk, and if she was not why did she not just drive herself home.My point is this, he should not got involved, or he should have done as he said he would.

I agree the original post was hard to understand but where did the OP point out he was white, or what class he was?  Or are you just assuming?

I am very surprised with the majority of responses so, not sure hw anyone could think not reporting this was right chioce.  Funny how if the person almost getting tboned isnt related to you or friend of yours it is no harm no foul.

If she was drunk driving, as a guy just wanting to help but not see her put through the wringer, I'm OK with you taking her home however, as a productive member of society you should have explained to her that you're not like most people. Most people would have called the cops.

Then, when she got out you should have kicked her in her dumb box to insure she remembers.

Are some of you high?  This guy has no right to make this gal sit in her car and wait while he calls the cops. She could tell him to F off and just drive away.  What's he going to do, physically tie her down.  And what is he going to tell the cops.....that he thinks someone might be drunk and had been driving?     

Cops can't do person unless they observe a behavior which makes them suspicious.  They can't to on the observations from some schmuck off the street.  

It's amazing how ignorant so many are when it comes to the law.  

Bottom line is, he got the gal off the road and that's about the best he could do.

I would be pissed off if some lady left reporting this to the police on my plate. lazy girl had to get to the hospital, lol that's bullshit. If she wants to report it, then she should report it herself.

Was she drunk? Was she Wasted? Was she just pleading with you to get out of the situation or did she seem genuine?

So if you are in a situation where you feel a person is drunk and almost cause a accident and are there you feel that by taking them home you have done as much as you could?
