13lb catfish like 7 years ago...dont fish often at all and never fished in saltwater, atleast nothing even semi serious. 99% of my fishing has been done in lakes and rivers.

ya I&#x27;ve got a bunch I&#x27;ll try and figure out how to upload them later. I&#x27;ve probably caught like 10 marlin between 100-200 lbs in my lifetime. The deep sea fishing guys do all the work pretty much. You just real the fuckers in. Going deep sea fishing in costa rica in two weeks. Will probably catch a few more marlin. I&#x27;m hoping to catch a shark this time though. Biggest fish that wasn&#x27;t caught on a deep sea boat was a tarpon that was probably around 100 lbs in florida

i had a marlin on the line last summer. must have been 250lbs maybe even 300. fought me for all i had for a good hour. just when i thought i had it and it was tired and 3 feet from the boat the fucking line broke. i had a video too but my cousin dropped his phone in the bay just before we reached land. it was something i tell ya..

But the outer banks doesnt really have too many fish that are bigger than 50 lbs about 10-15 miles from the coast.  What part of florida is that.

&#xD;&#xA;Thats rough man. I thought it was painful to lose a fish that was 20 -30lbs.  I saw some video i remember on the fishing channel where this guy was stabbed in the face by the marlin. &#xD;&#xA;You guys get strapped into seats with these catches right

Snagged a 41 lb flathead catfish on Lewis and Clark on the Missouri in South Dakota.....I'm not kidding when I say I literally snagged this ugly beast. He got hooked real good just below his dorsel fin. We were snaggin for Paddlefish with these huge trebel hooks. Anyway i let him go, if you've ever seen a really large cat, they are quite the sight. They really do look like a monster. I mean these things have meat on their head, they are so big. Ive seen guys clean giant cats and you would be amazed. To get that big you have to live a long time. So I let him go

I have plans to go to Panama later this year to catch up with some Sailfish

Not me but my Brother-in-law was part of a 6 man crew that in 1987 won the IGFA Marlin tournament for biggest Blue Marlin.....Will upload it to thread over the weekend when i am with the Family for Superbowl.... but yeah the Marlin weighed in over 700 LB's

That's the biggest fish anyone in my Family ever caught.

Well when I lived down the shore use to fish almost 24/7

Striper I would say anywhere from 35 to 50 lbs in the Mantoloking canal drifting live ell

bluefish 17lbs off the surf

weaks I would say 5lbs

fluke 12lbs

But the biggest was the crabs I cought when I was 18 from this person I meet in a bar
