I saw that Lance hired a criminal defense attorney to help him w/ allegations of fraud and another charge I cannot remember in front of a grand jury. I have to think it relates to steroids, HGH, or some blood infusion bullshit.

Does this guy really think we believe him anymore??? Name 1 American athlete (other than my hero's Jerry Rice and Peyton Manning) who you would say didn't use PED's. I am so sick of LANCE and his I'm better than you bullshit, DUDE YOU'RE A FUCKING CHEAT, and I have ZERO doubt about that. I hate cycling as much as I'm sick of Lance, but c'mon don't make this jack-off a celebrity or marketing icon because he just found a way to hide his shit.  I'm sorry Lance but I have a sneaking suspicion that you hide behind some cancer "effect" as an excuse while your ass is as guilty as Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Clemens, A-rod, Pettite, Sosa, Mcguire, and your excuse will look worse now that Dumbfuck Houston Texan Brian Cushing got slapped hard in the media claiming a testicular growth made his tests positive, eventhough he'd been using since a freshman in HS.

But when you put it that way then why isn't Lance standing on the top of mtn's claiming he is the greatest, or to that fact how about the rest of the cyclers who should be amazed by that success vs. all the dopers. My dad is dying because of it right now so my concern for cancer is not relevant...Regardless what does him helping cancer do regarding him being a fucking cheat and fraud. We have little bald kids who can be the face of cancer not some lying scumbag who is only going to go down in flames. It's a disaster that is going to happen, so the jist of my question is why are we letting it. Reel in the Lance love. I love your excuse "HE WAS A CHEAT TOO"  which may work for kids but adults . He knew better and cheated w/ all of them, maybe he had to just to survive in the sport, regardless get off the high horse. Barry Bonds finally became humble and most have forgotten about him...Why doesn't Lance do the same and just slip off in the night w/ the rest of the "2 DECADES OF CHEATS" I grew up admiring.

I think lawyer speak is pretty obvious. Well we can't deny it, but the guy saying it has no credibility (He may be true)...Fuck that, like I said earlier I give Lance no extra props for avoiding detection longer, if the roles were reversed Landis would be my So-Called Scum. Thats the biggest shame about the whole PED era, everyone is now gulty until proven innocent. There are plenty of great athletes who worked there ass off to get where they were/are without using PEDs, but they will be lumped in with the rest. That must be infuriating to the clean guys.

You have got to be pretty naive to think an athlete cleanly came back from cancer to win one of the most difficult challenges in sports not once but 7 times - In one of the dirtiest sports on earth. Big name after big name gets caught in all sports yet many still think Lance is clean.

In my opinion, he did nothing wrong by using peds. Drugs in sport today are a reality. If he came out and admitted it, he should be applauded for his honesty. That would obviously never happen and if he did admit it, he would be fed to wild pigs and that is sad.

One side is sure he cheated and wants him sent straight to Hell while the other says he is clean and has him ranked just under Jesus. If people weren't such a bunch of subjective, emotional bitches the sporting world would be a much better place.

I have nothing personal against Lance, I really could care less what he does w/ the rest of his life (Although that 200 million in Cancer reseach may actually help Me) so keep raising $$ but do it quietly. I will feel shortchanged if some evidence doesn't come out, but I think the proof is in the #'s.

I understand PED's have been a part of sports for decades, hell I might have dabbed in them myself if I really thought it would have helped take my game to the next level. Lance just doesn't pass the Smell Test anymore.
