I never watched it either........don't have time to follow a series anymore. Did like him in "Get Shorty"

I have to admit, I was a little worried about his....he seemed to be on the same diet off the set as he was on the set.  He put on a lot of weight over the course of the time he did The Sopranos.

Pretty weird....in the episode where they confronted Chris about his drug use, they are talking about the lack of self control.  Chris makes fun of Syl for being unfaithful.....and then tells Tony that, "the way you eat, you're going to have a heart attack by age 50."

  If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend it. Like all series, it has it's dull episodes here and there, but the acting is top notch..

"Forks Over Knives", still the #1 documentary on Amazon for 2+ years will reveal a mountain of evidence about chronic issues.  Do yourself a favor, view it, or Russian roulette your body like JG.

Recalling Gandolfini's big heart in a New York Post article on Friday, Schirripa, who played Bobby Baccalieri in the hit TV series, detailed his fondest memories with the actor and revealed he personally cut the show's leading stars massive checks after he received a bonus.

He writes, "I worked with him quite a bit, especially toward the end of the series, and we were all very good friends. He was a really generous guy. Jim had a bit of a contract dispute on Season 4, and when the season started, he called each of us into his trailer and gave 15 or 16 of us $33,333 a piece, and all he said was, 'Thanks for sticking by me.'

"There are a lot of TV stars who made a lot more money than Jim who never did that... He always cared about the other guy."

I heard a story that when he auditioned for the role, he was so upset at his performance that he asked to do it over.  Never figured he had a chance because he wasn't debonair enough.  

Probably the best acting job in a series I've ever seen.  He was brilliant.

I challenge anyone to find anything negative on James Gandolfini. 

I've seen so many videos and also so many comments and didn't come across any negative ones. not one!
