You got that right. I have nothing but great experiences for the last two years from this place. My daughter really likes all of the women that work there and they all truly seem to adore her. All I was seeking was the basics, how the hell did the injury occur and why was I not informed either by phone immediately or at very least when my wife picked her up. But by obviously lying about their knowladge of the accident. and ignoring my requests to speek to the owner of the facility, I have gotten really angry really fast. Believe me when I say i'm a good guy and not some sue happy prick. But when it comes to my children's saftey I have little to no tolerance for any bullshit. If they had simpally called me and explained the situation and admited guilt and apologized I would have not been forced to act like this. I would have demanded immediate dissmisal of the woman on duty and moved on. But they have forced my hand and they will pay the piper.

This reads like a case of you being taken advantage of with your decensy and calm hand. You've been gracious, appreciative of their previous supervision with your child and level headed...I for one commend that. That's how I operate. Make people smile, help them and try to be an asset to society.
Let 'em know your 'disappointed, confused and tried to do everything in a pleasant manner.' Unfortunately their lack of communication with you has forced you pursue another route, not only for the safety of your child but for the safety of other children at the facility.

Yes she did and she also told the other teachers that were on duty that afternoon. After tmy wife discovered the wound and confrunted the staff. The asked her what happened and she told them as well.
