If the police called you for questioning, would you go?

A similar thing happened to me about 5 years ago. I  currently work in the home service industry and I'm in peoples homes all day. A house I did work in got robbed about a month after I was there. A cop was at my bosses place one morning to have a chat with me. The fucker asked a bunch of stupid questions, asked for my fingerprints and a dna sample , what a joke. I told him i've been printed on numerous times and basically gave him an attitude and told him to fuck off.

 Anyways they will catch up to ya eventually if they want to talk to you bad enough, you really dont need a lawyer and have nothing to worry about especially if you don't have any priors.

What's was funny is that the cop asked if I cared that someones home got robbed. I replied if I lived in a million dollar home I would have an alarm installed. How the fuck do people in this day in age fork out huge for 3000+ sq ft pimped out houses and not cough up the chump change for a fucking alarm system.

This is exactly correct. I know people are trying to be helpful with the "if you didn't do anything you have nothing to fear" stuff. But this is PRECISELY what cops and prosecutors do. And they're going to just use YOU to do whatever they want to somebody, gulity or innocent. I've seen some very competent investigations, and some unbelievably incompetent ones. WAAAAAY too many to just go with the flow. Do not go unless compelled to do so. Politely decline.
