I can go on and on about the state of the WWE. I have been a WWE fan since I was 7. 20 years as a fan. Admittedly as I got into High School I started watching less then went to College and watched even lesser. I'm just a casual fan now. Whenever I have time and it is on I turn it on. Whenever I see a article online if I have time I read it.
The problem with the WWE is that it no longer has what I would like to call "Mid-Level Stars." These wrestlers either had mic skills, or in ring skills or maybe both that can push and elevate "Superstars."
Mid-Level Stars in my day were Jake the Snake, Mr. Perfect, Razor Ramon, Owen Hart, Eddie Guerrero, etc.
Those guys would push people over at the sake of their careers for the better of the company. Mr. Perfect is perhaps my favorite wrestler of all time. Bret Hart said Mr. Perfect was the one who pushed him over. He said Mr. Perfect was also the best in ring wrestler he ever worked with and he damn near worked with everyone. Mr. Perfect had the charisma and mic skills also but for the better of the company pushed others over him and was content with the IC belt or wrestling for the IC belt when it actually meant something
