Just out of curiosity. I don't even think I'd take her back. If I did I'd make her my slave for a while and make her earn my trust back but the way she broke up with me def made it so things would never be the same. I am furious with how it ended. After 5 good years of memories she dumps me the week after she visited. She was planning on moving across the country to start a life with me only a few days before. Out of nowhere....dumped. She was having a great time partying with her best friend from chicago and meeting new people. She told me she didn't want to leave chicago and her friends and family. I know she still loves me in her heart. I have a feeling she wants to see what else is out there and have fun after being in a relationship last 5 years and I don't blame her. Been tossing and turning all night thinking. I think I've finally come to grips with this situation. My heart hurts losing someone who was such a big part of my life these last 5 years. It's a scary concept to start over and find someone knew. You tell yourself you'll never find love like the kind you had blah blah blah. It will take time but I guarantee I find someone who will make me happier. This whole thing will have made me a better person. I'm a huge box when it comes to losing people. I need to work on that. I don't handle death very well and this felt kinda similar. I really do hope that I can be friends with her one day even if it is weird seeing her with someone else.
