Have to say thanks to Covers for my prizes! October was a great month for me, and just wanted to say I got all my prizes, the hat, hoodie, $200 free play, $750 free play and the biggie... the $1000 check for winning the monthly survivor totals contest.
I got all of them within three weeks of the date that I won them. Have to say though, the contests are fun, winning even better... but Covers online customer service... SUCKS! With a capital S!
I won many prizes last month, and after hearing so many horror stories in the forums about not getting prizes, I was a bit worried. So after getting my claim emails from covers, I replied with my info and asked them to please let me know they had gotten my "claim email". NOT ONCE did Covers reply back to me on any of the prizes I won. Sent them 12 emails and never a reply... so I then called them to talk to the contest dept. and they don't have one, but the person I talked with helped me and verified that all my prizes were being sent.
Covers, GREAT contests.... REALY BAD customer service! Get Lou some help! Good luck all!

Never got my hoodie/hat for coming in 20th last spring in the Ultimate Race .. never got a response from 2 emails.. if it was cash, I would have been more persistent ..

I'm not sure if Lou is a mod... but I pm'd him a few times and no reply. Finally I called and talked with Graham and he confirmed for me that they did in fact get my claim emails and the prizes were being sent. It was just frustrating not getting a reply. I see lots of people complaing about not getting their prizes, so I was a bit worried, but in the end it all worked out.

You should really take a look at your e-mail account settings.
I was having issues receiving contest e-mails as well until I found out all of the e-mails were ending up in my junk/bulk folder.
All I had to do was add covers contests as a friend and then I started recieving all e-mails from them. I can see how it would be frustrating, seemungly not getting any answers for sure.
Congrats on the wins though.
