what a fuck up, Leyritz was in the runnng for the Yankees mang job and now he's up shit creek

Leonard Little also got another DUI a few years ago.  He should not be playing in the NFL.      Like any other legal case, lets let the legal process run its course and then we will make our judgements.

Neither Leyritz nor Little are  worth a damn ..

 

Hopefully , leyritz won't 'get away' with his crime and will do some time..

fit, the simple-minded racist that he is, can't seem to understand that when a white person commits a crime (assuming leyritz is guilty), other white people may want to see that person get convicted and do their time.  it's called holding people accountable and it's a foreign concept to people like fit who so heavily rely on double standards and prejudices.

Well if he gets the same justice as black man Leonard Little who killed a woman with a DUI and then got off free..then dumbass was caught again with a DUI and got off again..well...there you go dummy...Vick has a mental unbalance with degraded intelligence, reasoning and learning abilities ..to do what he did shows he clearly has a mental deficiency that runs wild in certain parts of the USA and in fact the world and is most likely genetic in source and is the answer to many of the questions on why certain segments of the world will always be backwards , violent, uneducated and unwashed coupled with the inability to have the moral strength and mental capacity to operate in a successful nuclear family unit which breeds more violence, lower social fuctions,retarded and self defeating social mores and values that enroute bring on a perpetual uneducated, violent, unemployable ,poor lower underclass.

This happened in my home town......I hope that his celebrity affords him no special treatment....His actions are inexcusable and he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

Basically the whole thing comes down to how ridiculous the whole topic of alcohol consumption is. It is a drug that IMO is more harmful then cigarettes and dope yet every second commercial on tv advertises beer or captain morgan or whatever, Count up the amount of celeb DUIs over the years and it makes me sick. Punishment clearly is not nearly enough. It may injust to give too harsh a penalty when these things come up because people that drunk dont know what theyre doing.....but its gotten to the point where I think people should be getting second degree murder for this shit if they kill someone...lose their liscence for life if they just get pulled over for this. Maybe then people will actually think about this. This might be extreme but there needs to be a way to prevent people for driving drunk to begin with. Install breathalizers in the cars that are required to be blown into in order to operate your vehicle. Same thing with the whole issue of the deceased not wearing a seatbelt. Make it so the car does not drive unless the seatbelt properly fastened. Clearly we cannot rely on judgement of a drunk.....so take the weapon out of their hands. and stop with the fuckin promotion of drugs everywhere. they did it with cigarettes,...i know how much cash these beer companies pay for ads...so it is unlikely this will happen. Minimum sentence for Leyritz should be 10 years paroled at 6, life probation, 1000 hours comunity service, AA meetings, the whole works, inconvenience him for the rest of his life. I wont say anything about how race plays into this because if it does...i will actually vomit.

I agree Spread but alcohol is entrenched as our social drug. I guess we can only keep ramping up the penalties and wear our seat belts all the time.
