At this time, all inmates at Colorado State Penitentiary are under Administrative Segregation (AdSeg) also known as Solitary Confinement. AdSeg inmates are all held in solitary cells on 23 hour lockdown during their entire stay at CSP.

solitary would be pretty good torture over time, but costs taxpayers too much money, and doesn't seem like a good enough deterrent.

all for the death penalty, but agree it's too easy. and expensive again. (some sit on the row for years)

guy's like this nutter, few hours H,D,Q spectacle down town, then bug food. i would be ok with public stoning as well.

make sure all the shit head kids that are in and out of the youth system are there to watch it, maybe some will smarten up.

building prisons that fill up to capacity obviously isn't working. maybe the "tent city" jail in Arizona is a better model, put em on the chain gang, make them clean up our shit, or no food tonight.
