I knew a college kid years ago that wouldn't eat anything that came from or had anything to do with animals and he had a very bad vitamin deficiency and was always sick and shit.
While it is sad to see how animals are treated and butchered, I feel more sympathy for the 1000's of people in the world who starve to death everyday...
