Judge rejected plea agreement after he playfully 'good gamed' his male lawyer. Always liked Johnson and his antics. He was always good to fans and entertaining. The wife beating is inexcusable and the ass slap was a dumb move but it's a joke that he wasn't gonna go to jail for the head butting but now is b/c of the slap.

Rule #1 of being in Court: ALWAYS be respectful of the courtroom, the judge, and the venue. Court is not the time or place to try to be the funny man or make jokes. This is what happens when you ignore that rule

I said it was a joke he wasnt goin to jail for the assault and you said for the record he is on probation......oh in that case never mind they really threw the book at him

People just can't get this through their heads. Same goes with law enforcement. Nothing but "yes, sir," and "no, sir" even if they don't deserve it. I have gotten out of two pretty big pickles because I was respectful and humble to a police officer.
I'm not saying you let them beat you up or trample on your rights, but respect goes a LONG way....even if you have to fake it. No need to be a tough guy. Just like the road rage example. Is it really that hard to bite your tongue and live to "fight" another day?

So true Kap! Rule #2 would be to only speak when absolutely necessary. That is why he has a lawyer. I blame his lawyer for not properly preparing him. If he did then I blame Ocho Cinco (yeah I said it I refuse to let him change his name again) for being a dumba$$!

I don't agree with the outcome here. Regardless, the guy is an adult and needs his own common sense. If you need a lawyer to explain that to you, there are a lot bigger problems at issue.
