I really really hate the phrase reasonable doubt.
Say I kill someone and leave my DNA at the scene.
When they go to convict me, all I have to do is say someone stole my DNA and planted it.

In a nutshell, when your kid goes missing and you do nothing to find her and continue to lie EVERY SINGLE DAY about where she is you are guilty. Throw in all the other circumstanial evidence and this should have been an open and shut case.
First she says she was molested and then the kid drowned and then this and that.
I know it takes alittle thinking and you have to connect the dots yourself ( That might be hard for you, as it seems like you need everything force fed to you)
when your kid goes missing, you lie your ass off and the kid ends up dead without you even reporting it missing until you were forced to screams guilt. Lying lying lying, chorloform checks and neckbreaking checks and getting tats about ur beautiful life when ur kid is missing screams guilt.

You are the one taking personal shots bro, saying I don't know this and that.
We just have to agree to disagree. I'm not a law student and never said I was, but the fact of the matter is people have been convicted with way less evidence and she should be locked up for the rest of her life. Do you want to argue that?
