as a couple of people already mentioned on here , stop betting, save up some money and then try again either late this season or March madness. if you wager right now quite honestly you are foolish.

I did. I quit. I am in serious debt so I try to gamble to help pay off the debt then I lose and get in more debt and have to pay that off. Its a vicious circle. I just wish I had the money to be debt free and start being able to enjoy my life.

Some people are able to enjoy their lives with no regard to their current financial status, while others are incapable of enjoying their lives regardless of anything in their external world (i.e. finances)

Jeff, seriously, knock it off with the teasers.  I like you, but legwand probably bets this way too and that's why after paying the guy he still owes him $1,000 and the most he has ever won is $500.


Now that that's out of the way, Legwand, I'll make your picks for you I'm not betting right now, and everyone knows that they pick 'em with a much clearer mind when they don't have their money invested in it.

And whatever you do, don't add $167 more debt in one day by betting a 4-team teaser in the NFL.  If you find yourself placing one of these bets, just pocket the $67 and flush the $100, you'll be glad you did.

Akron is bad, but they aren't that bad - Indiana's inflated numbers from the first few games get us a bargain here.

Marshall is 0-3... but one of the best 0-3 teams in the nation


Fresno State wins by DD's


WVU doesn't look like a great dog, but this game simply comes down to turnovers.  If LSU loses the ball more than WVU, the Mountaineers wins straight up, I'll take +300 that WVU has fewer turnovers

Puck... he doesn't have money to buy a great dinner, order dom, we're not in cuba, and his favorite hottie to make love is to is surely not a hottie.  If all of this could happen tonight, he wouldn't be depressed.

I don't like teasers but I don't see this one losing. Maybe a Cowboys blowout but I highly doubt that. That's how this would bust if it did Maybe take out that game and put in under mia/nyj.

I agree, it definitely should win, it's a 10 point teaser.  That's why he's laying -130 on a 3-team parlay.

Also, the lines have moved.

Now he gets the Pats -4.5 (bad line) and Baltimore -1.

At 4.5, the Pats game is loseable... Cleveland is the worst team in the league, but upsets happen (plus Baltimore is very over rated), and the Dallas win by 7+ is possible.  It should win, but it's just not worth it especially when risking $300

Took out a loser and put one right back in. This was a tough week to bet in the NFL. Lots of upsets and close games. Typical NFL volatility.

You should just wait till hockey season and just bet totals.

It takes the odds makers till January to figure out where to set a good total line in hockey.  They are to worried about football basketball to set good numbers in Hockey because only 6% of all bets are placed on Hockey.

Last year i made about $7200.00 on hockey totals.
