Is it illegal? Yes… you know what people believe in it being illegal…communists.

Was she selling? Yes… you know what countries pass out sentences like that… communist countries.

If you think…Selling beer or liquor or selling cigarettes or prescription drugs is not the exact same thing as a legal drug dealer… then you are a hypocritical communist.

If you think… Drinking beer or liquor or smoking cigarettes or using prescription drugs is not being a drug user… then you are a hypocritical drug using communist.

There are many better things to do than gamble and you know where gambling is illegal… in communist countries.

Anyone that wants to control what a person can watch, say, and do what his or her own body is a communist.

Take those communist views and totalitarian laws and move over to those countries. If that’s how you want the United States to be.

What is better for others?

Who are you to decided what is better for me? I want to live in a land of the free not a hypocritical communist totalitarian society.

I have got to start proofreading my posts.

It’s amazing how many Americans believe in the same ideological communist totalitarian views as Malaysia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and China etc…

The same people bitch about it how bad those countries are and praise the United States but they believe in the same totalitarian communist shit as those counties and force-feeds it to the masses.

Conservative Americans are just like Muslim’s with their Sharia law.

Sharia law is the moral code and religious law of Islam.

Replace Islam with Christian and you get the same thing. Conservatives are such hypocrites.

When it comes to the war on drugs or any kind of war or moral cause.

Conservatives believe in a blank check to fight for those beliefs.

It doesn't matter if it bankrupts the entire united states.

They only care about fighting for their sharia/christian law cause.

No matter how much it costs or how many lives are destroyed in the process.

Because children were in the home, a charge of possession of a dangerous substance in the presence of a minor was added.

This story needs to arrive on the desk @ CBS 60 Minutes.

Pot smokers nationwide need to get some loot together and get this woman proper legal representation on an appeal.

either you think one can appeal on the grounds they dont like the law, or you think if this case made it to the state supreme court or the scotus, any judge would rule dealing drugs in front of kids is ok.

either way you are misinformed.

She can petition the court for an appeal dikwad - under the U.S Constitution. It will be granted imo considering the circumstances and unusual harsh length of her sentence. A private attorney will facilitate that.

There's a code for this but rather not confuse you.

the war on drugs is a waste of tax payers money. then again the majority of tax payers money is imo. how you can make a natural plant illegal is beyond me. just another stupid law. soon it will be a prison nation, and we will need another revolution.

people in favour of prohibition can kiss my ass. if you don't want you're children near drugs, move to Singapore. if you don't wanna move there, how bout you spend some time with your kids and educate them. maybe they will make the right decision and stay away from them.

i used to smoke pot, wasn't for me. i prefer booze. still know lot's of people that smoke it, and they have been fairly successful. weed is not that big of a deal. imo throwing someone in jail for smokin it, is absurd.

if the government had any brains they would legalize the fuckin plant, and tax it. pretty sure crime rates would go down. not only that, instead of the tax payers money being used to lock up innocent people, the money could go to rehab facilities. so people with issues can get the help they need.

There are to many people in law enforcement and the govt making mega bucks enforcing the laws {which really are stupid} there is no way they want to give up that easy money. So many differnt law enforcement task forces have been created to enforce drug laws, its insane.
If the govt could actually figure out a way to make as much money making it legal as they do keeping illegal, then it would become legal. But they know if it was legal the majority of people would just grow their own and not buy from the govt suppliers, thus they make no tax money.  And like i said, no way does law enforcement ever want to see the war on drugs stop, its to big of a cash cow for all that are involved in law enforcement.

Time to end this scam once and for all. People want to smoke a plant, let them.  People want to smoke toothpaste, letem. People want to smoke dogshit, letem.  I dont care. Wall, gotta disagree with you this time. 10 years is insane for selling some pot, even if it is illegal.
People that do worse crimes dont even get 10 years.

The war on drugs needs to end, the scam has gone on long enough
Time to use that tax payer money on other more useful things in our society.
Start using that war on drug money to start fixing our whole infrastructure across the country, including all our power grids. There are roads and bridges all across the country which are falling completely apart and need to be repaired.

Like i said earlier, the only people that this war on drugs is helping are the people in govt and law enforcement who are making the money fighting this insane war.  Enough is enough, they have made enough of our tax payer dollars for fighting a war they will never win.

I dont care if you agree with me or not, pot is an illegal substance, it is treated as other illegal substances.

She got caught selling it, probably sold plenty more of it and in front of a minor.

I dont have sympathy for people that break the law in front of a kid, if anything she knew exactly what she was doing and would still be doing it right now if not caught.

No reason to rationalize this or any recreational use of an illegal drug.
