Long story short, was a comic book guy growing up. Lost touch with them as I got older and just don't have the time to be looking for comics and also don't have room for storing comics right now.
Then a buddy introduced me to an app called COMIXOLOGY. I download comics straight to my phone and read them at work. I've been reading a lot of classics, but now have been delving into DC New 52. Basically, they rebooted all their franchises from scratch and its perfect for a guy like me who has been away for so long to jump back in without 20 years of comic action having me confused. I highly recommend Batman, Batman and Robin, Animal Man, Aquaman, All Star Western, Nightwing, Swamp Thing, and while Superman has been meh, ACTION COMICS have been okay.
Now I want to get back into MARVEL comics as I was a huge Marvel guy growing up, but it seems so complicated. There's just so many Spider-Man, Avengers, and xmen books that my head is spinning and I don't know where to jump in. Any Marvel fanboys have an suggestions for me? Maybe a good spot to start on a Spider-Man book and also xmen?
